What you'd actually do

  1. Lead consumer and products business performance, owning operational and financial data and driving analysis to make critical business decisions.
  2. Work with executive leadership to set Taiwan rider strategy and lead important, often sophisticated, areas of strategy.
  3. Seek issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic, common sense, and data, and lead different teams in the search for solutions to these issues.
  4. Help your team identify core analyses and processes, optimize them, and lead implementation across Taiwan, regularly reviewing performance.
  5. Demonstrating team's insights, develop, propose, and stand up for the features or improvements that could improve the experience on and efficiency for riders in Taiwan.
