Head of Corporate Development responsible for Klaviyo's inorganic growth strategy, including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments. This role involves market analysis, relationship building, deal sourcing, negotiation, and integration, supporting the company's strategic initiatives, talent acquisition, revenue enhancement, and market visibility.

What you'd actually do

  1. Craft Klaviyo’s inorganic strategy in conjunction with our leadership team.
  2. Lead and execute strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  3. Immerse yourself in the global market in which Klaviyo operates, building relationships with partners, competitors, startups, banks, VCs, and other industry players, providing valuable insight into the evolution of the market to Klaviyo leadership.
  4. Create a process to identify potential investment opportunities and prioritize effectively, aligning to strategic objectives.
  5. Build strong relationships with and act as the primary point of contact to possible opportunities.
