This role is for a Head of Demand Generation & Growth at Cresta, an AI company focused on contact center optimization. The role is not directly involved in building or researching AI models, but rather in driving customer acquisition for an AI product.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, unify, and execute the end-to-end growth strategy from awareness through activation across web, paid media, automation, content, and product-led initiatives to drive qualified pipeline and revenue
  2. Lead and optimize performance marketing with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and ROI
  3. Oversee website strategy and conversion rate optimization, ensuring the site serves as a high-converting demand engine and brand experience
  4. Develop and scale SEO/AEO and content performance initiatives to expand reach and drive high-intent organic traffic
  5. Implement a robust experimentation framework for A/B testing and new channel evaluation
