Head of Driver, Spain role responsible for leading growth, performance, and innovation across Spain’s driver ecosystem, managing strategic relationships, accelerating Taxi growth, improving driver engagement and retention, and leading the Driver Operations team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and evolve the driver growth, engagement, and retention strategy for Spain
  2. Lead and develop a high-performing Driver Operations team
  3. Drive supply growth initiatives across key segments, including PHV, fleet partners, and Taxi
  4. Manage strategic partner relationships to support growth, quality, and operational excellence
  5. Track performance of key driver, supply, and marketplace metrics, and ensure targets are met

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, marketplace, mobility, business development, or similar fields, including managerial experience
  • Strong data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment
  • Experience leading complex projects and strategic initiatives in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English

Nice to have

  • Experience managing driver, fleet, marketplace, or Taxi-related operations at scale
  • Experience working with large external partners and driving performance through structured operating mechanisms
  • Experience in regulated industries and navigating operational complexity
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, including supply growth, engagement, retention, and service quality levers
