What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of smart and hardworking individuals, working toward delivering our team on supply growth goals and brand preference and satisfaction objectives
  2. Set the strategic vision for the team, including setting priorities and OKRs for the team to work toward, and setting initiatives to enable team success. You will work with Tech leadership to ensure vision and priorities are complementary and roadmaps are tightly coordinated
  3. Develop and execute robust plans and initiatives to grow, engage and retain Earners in the US&C
  4. Lead your team as they complete analysis projects and present decks and project plans to senior leadership
  5. Lead our efforts to create a customer-centric culture, and to deeply reflect on the customer experience
  6. Work cross-functionally in a large organization by collaborating other Central Ops teams, Product, Legal, Safety, Marketing, Policy and Comms, and other cross-functional partners to achieve our US&C Earner Operations goals
