This role is for a Head of EMEA Partnerships at an AI infrastructure company. The primary focus is on driving regional go-to-market acceleration by building and executing partnership strategies with startups, channel partners, and SIs. The role involves adapting global playbooks for local execution, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with sales and other teams to drive partner-sourced pipeline and bookings. While the company is in the AI infrastructure space, this specific role is focused on business development and partnerships, not direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Adapt and execute global "sell-with" and "sell-through" playbooks to drive partner-sourced pipeline and bookings specifically tailored for the EMEA market.
  2. Build and lead a high-velocity acquisition engine to help AI-native companies in key regional hubs access Crusoe’s high-performance infrastructure.
  3. Engage and operationalize regional channel partners and System Integrators (SIs) to launch industry-specific solutions built on Crusoe Cloud.
  4. Collaborate daily with the Sales team to map partner portfolios into active target accounts and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
  5. Act as a direct regional extension of the global Partnerships organization, providing local feedback to refine global frameworks and playbooks.
