What you'd actually do

  2. Own the annual benefits renewal cycle, including plan design evaluation, carrier negotiations, and cost modeling for leadership recommendations.
  3. Drive global benefits harmonization efforts, balancing a consistent employee experience with local market competitiveness and compliance.
  4. Lead the global leave of absence program strategy, including parental, medical, and statutory leaves, ensuring they are competitive and clearly communicated.
  5. Mentor, coach, and develop a team of three: US Benefits Manager, International Benefits Manager, and Leave of Absence Program Lead.
