Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Cresta, an AI company founded by Stanford AI lab alumni, focused on revolutionizing the contact center with AI. The role involves building and scaling the global hiring engine across all functions, partnering with executive leadership, and managing a high-performing internal TA team. Responsibilities include developing TA strategy, workforce planning, leading senior/executive recruiting, refining TA metrics, and improving the candidate experience. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and execute Cresta’s global Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with People, Finance, and business leadership to support rapid growth across regions and functions.
  2. Partner closely with executives and senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, priorities, capacity modeling, and workforce planning.
  3. Build, scale, and lead a high-performing internal Talent Acquisition team, defining the right mix of in-house recruiters and external partners to support rapid growth, burst hiring needs, and global expansion.
  4. Reinforce a high-trust, high-accountability recruiting culture grounded in mentorship, ownership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  5. Partner closely with the Head of People on broader talent, workforce planning, and people initiatives.
