What you'd actually do

  1. Architect the overarching growth strategy for the Americas, ensuring regional initiatives align with Uber’s global Mobility and Delivery objectives.
  2. Own the end-to-end growth funnel, identifying levers to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and frequency across diverse markets.
  3. In partnership with Regional Marketing Ops drive annual and ongoing regional planning cycles, translating high-level business goals into actionable, scalable marketing workstreams across the regions
  4. Serve as the primary liaison between Brand and Performance teams to ensure a unified "Full Funnel" approach where creative excellence meets data-driven execution.
  5. Utilize data-driven insights to pivot strategies in real-time, responding to competitive threats or emerging market opportunities.
