OpenAI is seeking an experienced EMEA GTM Partnerships Lead to build and scale its partner ecosystem across Europe. This role will own the regional partnerships strategy and execution, focusing on driving enterprise adoption, revenue growth, and customer success through strategic alliances with GSIs, consulting firms, cloud providers, and other service providers. The lead will be responsible for partner strategy, revenue generation, ecosystem development, operational excellence, and team leadership, ultimately aiming to establish OpenAI as the foundational AI platform for enterprises in Europe.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute OpenAI's EMEA GTM partnerships strategy, operating model, and business objectives.
  2. Own partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and partner-delivered business outcomes across EMEA.
  3. Build and strengthen strategic relationships across: Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Regional Systems Integrators, Advisory and Consulting Firms, Cloud and Infrastructure Providers, Industry-Specific Solution Providers, Managed Service Providers
  4. Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and performance management systems for the partner ecosystem.
  5. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of GTM Partner Directors across EMEA.
