Head of Gtm - Systems & Agents

This role focuses on building and operating AI agents and automated systems to support xAI's global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, aiming to directly generate revenue through forecasting, CRM automation, and revenue capture. It requires a hands-on builder with experience in AI/LLM-powered agent workflows for revenue operations and sales.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and scale the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, Gong, internal tools).
  2. Architect and automate workflows to remove manual GTM tasks.
  3. Build systems to support consumption-based forecasting models linked to product telemetry.
  4. Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
  5. Partner cross-functionally to align data flows across Product, Sales, and RevOps.

Skills

Required

  • Owning and automating CRMs at scale
  • Designing and deploying AI/LLM-powered agent workflows
