This role leads integrated marketing efforts for Anthropic's AI assistant, Claude. It involves developing and executing marketing strategy to drive awareness, preference, and adoption across prosumer audiences. The Head of Integrated Marketing will lead a team, set positioning, develop messaging, drive campaigns, and partner with product, research, and communications teams. The role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and experience marketing complex technical products. While the company builds AI, this role is focused on marketing and product adoption, not direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the comprehensive marketing strategy driving business outcomes for Claude
  2. Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals across multiple disciplines, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and data-driven decision-making
  3. Establish Claude's positioning in the market and develop messaging frameworks that differentiate Claude from competitors while authentically communicating Anthropic's commitment to AI safety
  4. Drive integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate demand, and accelerate adoption across technical and non-technical prosumer segments
  5. Partner with product leadership to develop go-to-market strategies for new Claude capabilities and product features
