Polymarket is seeking an Investor Relations & Fundraising Operations lead to manage the operational infrastructure for fundraising. This role will work directly with the CEO to quarterback raises, manage LP/VC relationships, and ensure the back-office operations of fundraising run smoothly. Responsibilities include owning the fundraise tracker, building pitch decks, drafting investor updates, coordinating data requests, managing the filings calendar, and maintaining an investor CRM.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and maintain the fundraise tracker across all active investor conversations, keeping deal stages, follow-up dates, and contact details current at all times
  2. Build and refine pitch decks for fundraising rounds and LP meetings, working closely with the CEO to reflect the latest narrative and data
  3. Draft and send quarterly investor updates using a standardized template — writing clearly and concisely so LPs and VCs feel informed and confident between touchpoints
  4. Coordinate with the data team to fulfill incoming investor data requests, packaging financial and operational metrics accurately and on a reasonable timeline
  5. Manage the filings calendar and ensure all regulatory submissions are completed on time, flagging upcoming deadlines well in advance
