Head of Learning & Content Experience

This role leads the transformation of learning and content experience within an enterprise, leveraging AI to accelerate organizational output and redefine how work gets done. It involves structuring knowledge, designing immersive experiences, and scaling content across various audiences, with a focus on product-led, AI-enabled outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a centralized organization encompassing learning design, content development, certification, and knowledge architecture.
  2. Establish a "build once, tailor many" model and a full content lifecycle (create → maintain → retire) to ensure a single source of truth across the GTM ecosystem.
  3. Operationalize AI across the learning lifecycle to create AI-ready content through modular design, structured taxonomy, and personalized interaction models.
  4. Shift from static content to hands-on, "learn-by-doing" experiences (labs, tutorials, and guided workflows) that directly support product adoption.
  5. Partner with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Field teams to align learning initiatives with business execution needs.

Skills

Required

  • 10–15+ years of experience in enablement, learning, content, product marketing, or GTM-related roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience building and scaling learning programs or content systems that support multiple audiences.
  • Strong understanding of sales motions, customer lifecycle, and product adoption dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through organizational change and transformation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Nice to have

  • Experience evolving AI-enabled learning systems or designing hands-on technical labs and simulations.
  • Strong systems thinking with expertise in taxonomy, knowledge architecture, or content reuse frameworks.
  • Background in instructional design (LXD), certification management, or operating within a Center of Excellence (CoE) model.
  • Advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Business
