What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the independent assessment, measurement, monitoring, and control of capital risk across North America
  2. Establish, calibrate, and oversee capital risk limits and key indicators, including investigation and reporting of limit breaches
  3. Independently assess firmwide capital management activities, including internal capital targets, stress outcomes, and capital allocation
  4. Provide independent capital risk coverage for the firm, bank, United States broker-dealer, and designated international legal entities
  5. Conduct deep-dive analyses on capital-related topics, including regulatory developments, balance sheet dynamics, and risk profile changes
