What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Northern Europe enterprise number - pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attainment across the UK, Ireland & Nordics
  2. Lead, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise AEs, helping them navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with large engineering organizations
  3. Build and maintain C-suite and VP-level relationships at priority enterprise accounts across the region
  4. Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy in partnership with Marketing, SDR leadership, and Solutions Engineering
  5. Drive outbound pipeline generation alongside your team

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS or technical software environment
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling enterprise sales teams in Northern Europe markets
  • Hands-on leader - you're comfortable coaching on deals and being in the room when it matters
  • Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and how to navigate them
  • Track record of exceeding regional revenue targets and consistently developing high-performing AEs
  • Comfortable selling to and building relationships with C-level and VP-level technical executives
  • Fluency in English required
  • Based in London; comfortable with regional travel across Northern Europe

Nice to have

  • additional Northern European language skills (e.g. Swedish, Dutch, Danish) are a strong plus
  • Familiarity with developer tooling, frontend infrastructure, or cloud platforms is a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with Vercel, Next.js, or the modern web development ecosystem is a plus
