Head of Partnerships

Airtable is seeking a Head of Partnerships to guide delivery partner strategy, lead a partnership team, and oversee the global partner ecosystem. This role involves building and scaling a global ecosystem of consulting partners and System Integrators (SIs), developing strategic alliances with ISVs and Hyperscalers, and defining the long-term vision for the partner & alliance organization. A key responsibility is to develop systematic, AI-centric processes to build an end-to-end partner program, with a focus on enabling customers to become agentic enterprises. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Services to align partners with customer opportunities, and maintaining quality assurance oversight for partner technical builds. Leadership experience in partnerships or professional services, with an emphasis on managing services/solutions/alliance partnerships across B2B SaaS and/or AI-native platforms, is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and scale a global ecosystem of consulting partners and System Integrators (SIs) with the right strategic, technical and service capabilities to drive customer projects in the Enterprise
  2. Develop and nurture strategic alliances with key ISV’s and Hyperscalers
  3. Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for the partner & alliance organization
  4. Develop systematic, AI-centric processes to develop an end-to-end partner program with a focus on partner identification, partner qualification, enablement/training, certification, partner success, client success and partner capability expansion (i.e. partners that enable customers to become agentic enterprises)
  5. Develop regional partner plans, with a list of target consulting partners and tech alliances based upon customer and Airtable needs, capabilities and Airtable capacity
