Head of Platform Sales, Aunz

Stripe is seeking a Head of Platform Sales for the AUNZ region to lead and grow their platform solutions business. This role involves customer acquisition, expansion, leading a sales team, developing go-to-market strategy, and managing sales operations to achieve ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales and people management experience, a strong understanding of the AUNZ markets, and the ability to build executive relationships and articulate technical concepts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Recruit, develop and lead a team of sales professionals, with a particular focus on the Platform segment across AUNZ
  2. Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics
  3. Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth
  4. Driving deal strategy and execution including strong pipeline development, opportunity/renewal management, and forecasting
  5. Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle
