This role focuses on championing and developing strategic capabilities in Data & Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, and CRM within the Surgical Vision APAC region to drive business growth and profitability. It involves strategizing commercial excellence capability building, delivering business analytics, enhancing SFE standards, owning CRM, and leading a regional Commercial Excellence team. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and commercial excellence/operations management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Advance data & intelligence, advanced analytics, market research/insight to unlock opportunities while building capabilities in these priority areas on regional & local levels
  2. Deliver business analytics and reports that reflect business performance as per the regional strategy and identify new business opportunities or solve business problems on both regular & needs basis
  3. Provide sales and x-functional teams data and insights supporting strategic imperatives such as Sales force analytics, consignment management, Marketing metrics management, with an objective to drive measurable outcome and inform strategic decisions.
  4. Enhance SFE capabilities and standards across APAC in the areas of sales strategy development, SFE improvement projects and incentive planning/execution.
  5. Own and drive CRM to ensure accurate data collection, organization, and analysis to enable effective customer engagement and sales execution.
