Head of Strategic Sales responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Unity's Offerwall solution among top-tier app publishers and game developers in Japan. This role involves leading strategy, Go-To-Market, identifying and closing high-value partnerships, orchestrating technical and commercial integration, advising on monetization strategies, and building C-level relationships. The position requires a sophisticated consultant with expertise in AdTech or Mobile Gaming, focusing on Supply/Publisher management or Monetization, and a strong understanding of the Japanese mobile ecosystem's balance between user experience and monetization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Offerwall Expansion Strategy: Systematically identify and close high-value supply partnerships with Japan’s leading game studios and non-gaming utility apps. You will lead negotiations for long-term contracts and exclusive Offerwall integrations.
  2. The "Point Culture" Roadmap: Orchestrate the technical and commercial integration of the Offerwall. You will advise partners on reward ratios, currency sale events, and UI/UX placement to ensure the OW feels like a native part of their app.
  3. C-Level Navigation: Build deep relationships with CEOs, CROs, and Heads of Monetization. You will align our Offerwall roadmap with their long-term LTV (Lifetime Value) goals and financial projections.
  4. Market-Product Synergy: Act as the primary bridge between the Japanese market and our Global Product teams. You will translate local trends (like specific reward preferences or seasonal Japanese events) into features that unlock global scalability.
