Head of Strategic Sales - China

This role is for a Head of Strategic Sales focused on growing an Offerwall solution within the Chinese app publisher market. The individual will lead strategy, build C-suite relationships, bridge market-product gaps, and drive commercial targets. It requires expertise in ad-tech and monetization, with a strong emphasis on business development and revenue generation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Hunt and Navigate the C-Suite: You will lead the charge in opening doors and building deep, strategic alliances with CEOs and Heads of Monetization at China's top publishers, aligning our roadmap with their long-term LTV goals.
  2. Bridge the Market-Product Gap: Act as the primary liaison between the market and Global Product teams, translating local cultural trends and "reward preferences" into scalable, high-impact features.
  3. Master Tech-Business Fluency: You'll seamlessly pivot between deep-dive technical discussions with engineers (SDKs, APIs) and high-stakes financial pitches to executives (ARPU, eCPM, Fill Rates).
  4. Architect Seasonal Dominance: Proactively design and execute "Currency Sales" and high-velocity campaigns during China’s most critical commercial windows, such as Golden Week and the New Year.
  5. Drive Commercial Excellence: Take full ownership of the revenue targets, moving beyond "maintenance mode" to relentlessly identify and close new opportunities for expansion and optimization.
