This executive role leads customer growth for Apple TV's streaming business, focusing on developing and executing acquisition strategies to drive high-quality subscriber growth, maximize lifetime value, and ensure business profitability. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute the acquisition strategy to deliver subscriber, revenue, and profitability targets.
  2. Own forecasting, planning, and performance management for subscriber acquisition across all paid, owned, earned, and partner channels.
  3. Continuously optimize acquisition efforts to improve customer quality, retention, and lifetime value — not just top-of-funnel volume.
  4. Partner closely with Finance and Analytics teams on business planning, forecasting, and growth modeling.
  5. Work closely with marketing, business development, content and other functional teams to optimize our acquisition resources against the biggest opportunities for profitable growth.

Skills

Required

  • 12+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, subscriber acquisition, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record driving large-scale customer acquisition for subscription-based, streaming, direct-to-consumer, or digital businesses.
  • Deep understanding of acquisition economics, including CAC, LTV, retention, payback, and profitability metrics.
  • Experience managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience within streaming, media, entertainment, technology, or subscription businesses.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition funnel optimization and growth product management.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms, attribution methodologies, and advanced measurement techniques.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
