This role leads a team of Technical Architects responsible for the customer journey of Hightouch's AI platform for marketing and growth teams. The role involves people leadership, technical expertise, strategic customer success, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure enterprise customers maximize value from the platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Architects focused on our largest Enterprise customers
  2. Drive retention and expansion strategies for our largest Enterprise customers in partnership with Sales leadership
  3. Maintain deep technical knowledge of Hightouch's platform and stay current with product developments
  4. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive customer success initiatives
