Head of Technical Recruiting at Notion, responsible for leading the global technical recruiting strategy and team for Engineering, Product, and Design. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the global technical recruiting strategy across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and TPM — translating business priorities into a clear talent plan that scales.
  2. Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and recruiting leaders across regions, setting the bar and coaching to it consistently.
  3. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior technical leaders — bringing market intelligence, compensation insights, and a clear point of view on talent, not just execution against a req list.
  4. Lead the adoption of AI tools, workflows, and automation across the recruiting function — driving meaningful change in how the team sources, assesses, and closes talent.
  5. Design and continuously improve the processes, systems, and interview infrastructure that allow us to hire with speed without sacrificing bar — including pipeline development, interviewer calibration, and offer strategy.
