  2. Partner with world-class Machine Learning/AI and Data Science teams to build recommendation systems that solve the "cold start" problem for new aged-up users.
  3. Connect user and platform value to Northstar metric. Own them for the platform's entry points.
  4. Break down complex growth hurdles—such as the trade-off between signup friction and user signal collection—to their fundamental truths and build novel, evidence-based solutions.
  5. Align Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing around a unified vision for "Ecosystem Growth," ensuring that technical foundations (like Deep Linking and SEO) support broader business goals. Effectively lead, influence, and coordinate with other orgs to see through the vision’s landing across the entire funnel.
