Head of Visa Direct for Nordics & Baltics, responsible for driving business growth, managing sales targets, and developing new money movement services. This role involves client relationship management, deal structuring, and team leadership within the fintech payments sector.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own Average Annual Net Revenue sales target for the cluster – for the cluster team and individually
  2. Originate and deliver on an aggressive Cluster sales target for Visa Money Movement capabilities that include Visa Direct Card/Account/Wallet, VXBS and B2BC
  3. Create and nurture wide network of stakeholders across key players in the cluster including banks, fintechs, XB players, platforms, etc.
  4. Manage a team of Sales colleagues, plus enabling functions in the cluster reporting dotted line to the Head of MMS, Cluster
  5. Consult on commercial process improvements to enable better sales and time-to-revenue processes
