This role leads the Technical Account Management (TAM) organization for Disney+ in the APAC region, focusing on strategic partnerships, technology integrations, and operational models to drive subscriber acquisition, monetization, and best-in-class member experiences. The Head of TAM will establish and scale the function, manage complex product integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technical execution and regional growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead payment, billing, device, and platform integrations with partners across APAC to drive subscriber acquisition, monetization, and best-in-class member experiences within agreed timelines.
  2. Establish, scale, and lead the APAC Technical Account Management organization, including talent development, operating models, and performance management.
  3. Lead end-to-end project implementations internally and externally to ensure seamless technical integration, swift resolution of challenges, strong partner relationships, and ongoing co-innovation.
  4. Enable and scale partner bundle offers, billing integrations, and subscription propositions that make Disney+ easy to access and pay for through partner ecosystems.
  5. Negotiate, implement, and continuously optimize highly visible Disney+ discovery placements and seamless purchase journeys across partner devices and digital canvases, making Disney+ the preferred entertainment destination.

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of experience building strategic relationships and managing complex partner and platform programs at leading technology, telecom, media, or digital platform companies.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-market technical and operational initiatives end-to-end.
  • Proven experience leading multi-country, distributed teams and developing senior leaders in matrixed organizations.
  • Proficient in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-stakes negotiations that create significant long-term value.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance across global organizations.
  • Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at executive and board-adjacent levels.
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing: (a) User acquisition and purchase journeys through consumer insights and experimentation (b) User experiences across Smart TV, mobile, and connected devices to ensure intuitive Disney+ discovery
  • Deep technical knowledge of partner billing, authentication, device, and API integrations, with a strong willingness to continuously expand expertise.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to performance management and decision-making.
