Intel's Health and Life Sciences (HLS) vertical is seeking a Roadmap and Solutions Manager to define and align strategic roadmaps for intelligent, secure, and reliable medical devices and life sciences instruments. The role involves translating market needs, customer insights, and regulatory considerations into actionable roadmaps and deployable solutions, with a focus on edge-native solutions. The candidate will bridge market requirements and internal execution, ensuring solutions are grounded in real-world deployment constraints and feedback is incorporated into roadmap evolution. Familiarity with AI/ML in healthcare is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive roadmap requirements aligned to business objectives, device strategies, market needs, and technology readiness.
  2. Translate industry trends, customer insights, regulatory considerations, and internal constraints into clear roadmap priorities and tradeoffs.
  3. Partner closely with product management, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure feasibility, dependency management, and alignment with platform strategies.
  4. Support annual and quarterly planning cycles by developing roadmap narratives, options, and scenario analyses for leadership decision making.
  5. Identify portfolio gaps, overlaps, and risks, and proactively drive alignment and prioritization discussions across stakeholders.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in the Health and Life Sciences industry
  • 3+ years of experience in product, platform, or solution roadmap planning, portfolio management, or solution strategy
  • 1+ years of experience translating ambiguous market signals into structured priorities, roadmaps, and solution direction

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with edge computing, AI ML, or data-intensive workloads in healthcare or life sciences environments
  • Understanding of regulatory, privacy, and reliability considerations in medical or life sciences systems
  • Experience engaging directly with customers, partners, or ecosystem stakeholders in a technical or strategic role
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, architecture, and go-to-market teams
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills
  • Master's degree in a technical or business discipline
