Health Industry Account Executive

This role is for a Health Industry Account Executive at Oracle, responsible for driving sales growth of Oracle's healthcare and enterprise solutions in Africa and Turkey. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing executive relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets. While AI is part of Oracle's portfolio, this role is focused on sales and account management within the healthcare sector, not on building or directly deploying AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive revenue growth and market expansion across the assigned territory of Africa and Turkey (excluding Egypt).
  2. Develop and execute strategic territory, account, and opportunity plans aligned with Oracle's healthcare industry objectives.
  3. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within healthcare providers, government health entities, healthcare payers, and related organizations.
  4. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding assigned revenue targets.
  5. Lead complex, enterprise-wide sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, preferably within healthcare, public sector healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience selling cloud applications, healthcare information systems, EHR/EMR platforms, payer solutions, ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, EPM, analytics, or related enterprise technologies.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, clinical operations, healthcare policy, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success engaging senior executives and influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Experience managing opportunities across multiple countries and culturally diverse markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, collaborative, and fast-paced sales environment.
