This role focuses on developing new and existing business relationships within the Small to Medium Business market to drive revenue growth for UPS Global Freight Forwarding products and services. The incumbent will identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, develop logistics solutions, and train customers on UPS technology platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Penetrates existing account base to better understand full supply chain, leading to new business opportunities and key decision maker relationships
  2. Coordinates customer meetings with decision-makers to identify needs over wants, determines areas of opportunity and develops sales strategies to win new business
  3. Identifies areas of churn to develop strategies for winning back business
  4. Prospects and hunts for new business through various customer opportunity identification methods including published data, industry guides, referrals and territory management
  5. Targets opportunities that start at $100,000 in total opportunity revenue annually
