Healthcare Ethics and Compliance Operations Program Director

This role focuses on healthcare ethics and compliance operations, working with business groups to address regulatory compliance issues for Oracle's healthcare and life sciences customers. It involves developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and training, and advising on legal and regulatory matters within the healthcare industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead operations support of the healthcare and life science compliance organizations, including integration workstreams, and contribute to the strategy for the wider organization.
  2. Define Oracle Health standards via policies and procedures; Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Compliance Program policy, procedure, and guidance infrastructure consistent with the growth and development of the company,
  3. Track evolving healthcare and medical device industry standards and codes, risk identification and mitigation strategies, in line with government enforcement priorities.
  4. Lead healthcare compliance and ethics operations improvement programs across compliance domains such as transparency reporting, anti-kickback and anti-corruption policies and training, business courtesies, advertising and promotion practices;
  5. support the development of a corporate-wide compliance framework and program to meet the needs of Oracle Health customers subject to strict regulatory requirements in the health care/health science industries.
