Healthcare Revenue Cycle Senior Manager

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle projects within healthcare organizations
  2. Collaborate with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute strategies
  3. Manage project timelines, deliverables, issue and risk mitigation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  4. Stay current on advancements in enabling technologies, Epic systems, and healthcare analytics, and translate them into practical solutions
  5. Leverage industry knowledge, market insights, trends, and proven approaches to help clients confirm priorities and develop strategies that drive measurable value to the business and customer experience

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) field
  • 10+ years of experience in a consulting firm and/or healthcare provider or payer organization
  • 6+ years of experience working with or reporting to C-level executives
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations in a healthcare consulting environment
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, including staffing, coaching, and performance oversight
  • Ability to travel 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Advanced degree such as Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Health Administration, Master of Public Health (MPH), or Master of Science in Information Systems
