What you'd actually do

  1. Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content for help centers, knowledge bases, and getting started guides
  2. Develop instructional content including how-to guides, tutorials, and FAQs
  3. Leverage AI tools to help draft, optimize, and scale content production efficiently
  4. Collaborate with product teams to understand features and translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
  5. Maintain content accuracy through regular audits and updates as products evolve

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience writing technical or educational content, preferably in SaaS
  • Excellent writing skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Proficiency with AI writing tools and prompt engineering
  • Experience with content management systems and help authoring tools
  • Understanding of information architecture and content organization
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
