The agent will handle inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems, escalate complex issues, and ensure service level agreements are met.

What you'd actually do

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  2. Diagnose and resolve incidents related to property management systems (PMS).
  3. Enrich and document incidents for escalation to Oracle technical support when required.
  4. Provide training and tips to help users maximize system efficiency.
  5. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
