This role leads Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) strategy and execution for orthopaedic solutions in Central & Eastern Europe. It involves shaping access strategies, leading payer and HTA engagement, ensuring reimbursement and adoption, and partnering cross-functionally to drive market success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and execute the HEMA strategy for CEE, in alignment with EMEA priorities and ways of working
  2. Lead clustered access strategy across heterogeneous HTA and reimbursement systems, balancing EMEA consistency with strong local adaptation.
  3. Develop and deliver market access and funding strategies to enable adoption and sustainable growth.
  4. Build and maintain strategic relationships with payers, HTA bodies, institutional decision-makers and relevant authorities to shape the external environment and advance value-based adoption.
  5. Lead EMEA-aligned evidence generation and value creation activities (and translate insights into local value messages, tools and materials.

What the JD emphasized

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HEMA or Market Access roles, including leadership of complex national or multi-country strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and external decision-makers.
