Lead Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) strategy and execution for the Nordic countries, ensuring optimal access, funding, and adoption of innovative orthopaedic solutions. Drive value-based access strategies aligned with Nordic healthcare systems and EMEA priorities. Build and maintain relationships with payers, HTA bodies, and decision-makers. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical/Clinical, and Regulatory teams. Ensure compliance with quality, ethics, and local regulatory requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute HEMA strategy for the Nordics Countries aligned with DePuy Synthes and EMEA priorities.
  2. Develop and deliver market access and funding strategies to enable adoption and sustainable growth.
  3. Build and maintain strategic relationships with payers, HTA bodies, institutional decision-makers and relevant authorities to shape the external environment and advance value-based adoption.
  4. Lead EMEA-aligned evidence generation and value creation activities and translate insights into local value messages, tools and materials.
  5. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical/Clinical and Regulatory teams to develop and execute market access and reimbursement strategies across the product lifecycle.

What the JD emphasized

  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Market Access or HEMA roles, preferably within MedTech or Pharmaceuticals.
