This role focuses on Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) for DePuy Synthes, a standalone orthopaedics company of Johnson & Johnson, in Taiwan. The HEMA Manager will develop and execute strategies for market access, reimbursement, and pricing to ensure patient access to innovative orthopedic solutions, partnering with commercial, medical affairs, and government affairs. Key responsibilities include leading HEMA strategies, managing reimbursement and pricing aligned with healthcare policies, integrating market access insights into launch planning, engaging with external stakeholders, developing value dossiers and health economic models, monitoring the healthcare landscape, and ensuring compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and execute Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) strategies to support the commercialization of DePuy Synthes products in Taiwan.
  2. Develop and manage reimbursement, pricing, and funding strategies aligned with national and regional healthcare policies, dealing with the National Health Insurance Agency (NHIA) and the local city government Department of Health (DOH).
  3. Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to integrate market access insights into launch planning and lifecycle management.
  4. Engage with key external stakeholders, including payers, hospital administrators, government officers, and policy influencers, to support access and adoption.
  5. Lead the development of value dossiers, health economic models, and outcomes evidence to demonstrate product value.
