This role focuses on designing and developing local strategies for Health Economics, Pricing, and Reimbursement Plans, particularly in oncology. It involves creating analytic models and data products to support Market Access, generating insights from data, conducting health economics evaluations, and implementing reimbursement strategies to reduce time to market. The position also manages internal authorizations for value propositions and supports innovative access proposals by providing data insights. Additionally, it includes conducting Non-interventional Local Data Generation studies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Creating analytic models and data products that support the needs of Market Access
  2. Generating and communicating insights based on analyses leading to meaningful business outcomes.
  3. Creating/adapting Health Economics evaluations for new launches and implementing a continuous update of economic evaluations for core indications
  4. Implementing reimbursement strategies and budget impacts to reduce time to market (especially for new launches); we will be able to achieve a broad market access for our products in the government market.
  5. Manage the corresponding internal authorizations for the processes of adaptation, modification, and publication of our portfolio value propositions

What the JD emphasized

  • Proven experience in health economics (3 to 5 years) preferable with oncology pipeline
  • Demonstrated quantitative experience and expertise in solving complex business challenges through modeling and simulation
  • Experience in developing Markov models, survival analysis and decision tree models
  • Mandatory knowledge in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR)
  • Expertise and solid hands-on experience in the conceptualization, design, development, and dissemination of data products to enable internal and external decisions.
