This role focuses on onboarding customers to a SaaS platform, ensuring they achieve value and adoption. It involves managing customer relationships, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead 3–6 structured onboarding sessions per customer.
  2. Manage a portfolio of 15–25 active onboarding accounts simultaneously.
  3. Conduct 15–20 customer meetings per week.
  4. Deliver structured, solution-oriented follow-ups with clear next steps and ownership.
  5. Maintain onboarding momentum and accountability across multiple stakeholders.
