Higher Education Sales Manager

This is a Sales Manager role for Qualtrics' Higher Education division, focusing on selling their Experience Management (XM) SaaS platform. The role involves leading and coaching a team of Account Executives, driving revenue, and managing client relationships. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of 6-9 Account Executives.
  2. Coaching direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning/development.
  3. Recruit, retain, and nurture your team of experienced sales professionals with high potential and strong performance history.
  4. Provide skill training and mentoring on complex sales motions, including collaboration with legal, product presentations, juggling multiple relationships with internal teams, and quarterly sales forecasting.
  5. Interface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects throughout at all levels of an organization.
