Hips Lifecycle Management Leader

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lifecycle Management Leader for their Hips business within the MedTech Orthopaedics division. This role will orchestrate LCM projects, support the Value Stream Leader in crafting the Product Strategy Roadmap, identify E2E supply chain projects, and lead the LCM intake process. The leader will also manage interdependencies and risks within the project portfolio, guide project teams, develop project plans, and ensure integration of new products into the LCM process. Experience with Stage Gates 3-6, Product Risk Assessment, and Value Stream Optimization is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the Value Stream Leader in crafting the Product Strategy Roadmap and identifying E2E supply chain projects to meet VS goals.
  2. Partner with supply chain functions, commercial groups and R&D to provide strategic data and insights for LCM activities.
  3. Lead and craft the execution of the LCM intake process.
  4. Identify interdependencies and risks within the LCM project portfolio and implement mitigations for flawless project execution.
  5. Guide project teams through the development of strategies, options, and business cases as applicable to LCM
