Hiredscore Technical Consultant - Integrations

This role is for a Senior Technical Consultant focused on integrations for HiredScore, an AI platform for talent orchestration. The consultant will act as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, articulate HiredScore's technology, devise solutions for client obstacles, and manage integrations with clients' HR Tech Stack. The role requires a deep understanding of HR Tech systems and integration technologies, client-facing skills, and the ability to configure and test integrations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the expert source for all HiredScore integration through the Project implementation for new and existing clients.
  2. Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g., ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.).
  3. Client-facing - Including presenting and explaining our technology, integration, IT, Security architecture
  4. Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage.
  5. Configuration and testing of HiredScore integration on the client systems while addressing their unique environment and requirements.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years experience as a Technical Integration Consultant, Solutions Engineer with focus on Integrations or similar client-facing role.
  • Practical integration background with a deep understanding of web architecture and integration systems, including hands-on experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting web APIs, as well as working with industry third-party tools.
  • A positive attitude, creative thinking, and love for ownership.
  • Capability of handling multiple internal and external projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to create great relationships with the client teams and handle ad-hoc requests professionally.
  • Great teamwork ability - working with many different teams (Product/R&D/Delivery).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English - Strong verbal, presentation and communication skills to engage clients throughout the integration as part of the project implementation lifecycle, adapting to audience needs.
  • Occasional availability and flexibility to work during US business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Data Privacy processes.

  • Experience with HR Technology (or other enterprise technologies like ERPs).
  • Ability to work with code (Read/Run/Edit existing code), but no self-sufficient coding capabilities are required.
