This role is for a Homeowner Liability Bodily Injury Adjuster at Allstate. What you'd actually do

  1. Investigating unrepresented homeowner liability bodily injury claims.
  2. The individual will handle moderate and/or complex CPL (Comprehensive Personal Liability) claims or specialized claims (e.g., business interruption, loss of income, E&O policies, etc.).
  3. The individual takes recorded statements, resolves loss of use claims, makes payments to appropriate parties, and negotiates and settles or refers bodily injury issues that cannot be resolved.
  4. Assists in researching or responding to or resolving complex compliance issues and in reviewing files and making recommendations to refer files to Home Office for escalation
  5. Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with business unit best practices
