Horizon Practice Director (remote, East Coast)

CrowdStrike is seeking a Horizon Practice Lead to drive their strategic initiative to secure customer environments. This role involves leading strategic conversations, building relationships with decision-makers, establishing partnerships with sales teams, collaborating with customers on incorporating security products, and working with marketing and sales for outreach campaigns. The role also includes training internal teams, providing customer feedback to product management, and staying informed about the company's vision and the threat landscape. The position is remote and requires significant travel.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive CrowdStrike's strategic initiative to secure customer environments
  2. Lead Strategic Conversations - build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to CIOs and CSOs
  3. Establish partnerships with Regional VPs, Directors, and core sellers to position CrowdStrike's Horizon technologies
  4. Collaborate with customers on incorporating Horizon security products within their operational workflows during technical evaluations and post-sales
  5. Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute outreach campaigns that develop platform sales pipeline and customer awareness

Skills

Required

  • 8 years' experience in cyber security technology sales
  • Experience successfully communicating with and advising c-suite, senior management, and analyst/architect-level customers/clients
  • Demonstrated success selling security at the C-Suite and senior management levels within the marketplace
  • Experience successfully navigating procurement, contracts, and sales processes
  • Operational excellence in managing sales pipeline and engagement with internal and external corporate sales teams
  • Experienced and comfortable presenting to large audiences both virtually and in person
