xAI is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to enhance the guest experience by upholding exceptional standards of hospitality, food safety, and service. This role involves executing catering/event requests, maintaining service areas, collaborating with a team, and providing excellent customer service to employees, partners, and visitors. The ideal candidate has extensive food service and customer service experience, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute services and catering/event requests, following detailed schedules and timelines, ensuring absolute guest satisfaction
  2. Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of services/events, including workstations, surrounding areas, dining, work, and storage spaces; ensuring safety and organization
  3. Collaborate with a team to meet time and quality standards set by leadership while working with urgency
  4. Assist in organization, cleaning, and maintenance of departmental tools, equipment, and food service areas
  5. Complete daily record keeping, tasks, and opening/closing checklists

Skills

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 4+ years of food service experience in a customer service role
  • Food safety and sanitation practices
  • Customer service skills
  • Communication skills
