Hotel Partner Solutions Specialist

This role is for a supporting-level team member who applies foundational infrastructure/platform knowledge to ambiguous technical/non-technical projects and tasks. The Technical Solutions Analyst will assist with issue investigations, data analysis, and remediation for internal and external infrastructure disruptions and/or service enhancements. The role requires 0-2 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and knowledge of SQL, Excel, and various support tools. While AI is mentioned as a skill, it is not the core craft of this position.

What you'd actually do

  1. Apply technical expertise in coordination with technical teams to resolve service and system disruptions.
  2. Recommend interim and long-term solutions to complex problems to ensure successful resolution; guide the analysis of a problem to a successful resolution.
  3. Contact required resources inside and outside the company to resolve the problem.
  4. Develop/maintain support documentation for use by all levels of support personnel.
  5. Identify simple known patterns (a figure, object, word, or sound) hidden in other distracting material and understand opportunities for improving services and/or products.
