AMD is seeking a Key Account Execution Specialist for their Server Business unit to support the HPE Business Development Manager. This role involves acting as a key interface between AMD's product management, sales, marketing, and engineering teams and HPE's product management and platform teams. Responsibilities include driving AMD's server business engagement with HPE, supporting sell-in and design-win activities, tracking partner deliverables, and reporting on marketing spend and sample status. The ideal candidate will have experience working with OEMs, server platforms, and cross-functional teams, with a strong technical understanding of AMD server products and the ability to translate value propositions into compelling presentations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the AMD interface for HPE server product and platform engagement activities.
  2. Support sell-in and design-win efforts to help AMD win new HPE platforms and expand AMD’s presence across HPE server portfolios.
  3. Work closely with AMD product management to help prepare and deliver technical and business presentations to HPE’s product management teams.
  4. Track and report marketing spend associated with HPE programs, campaigns, launches, and business development activities.
  5. Help manage sample tracking, including visibility into sample requirements, status, allocation, delivery, and partner needs.

Skills

Required

  • Experience working with OEMs, server platforms, product management, sales, marketing, or business development teams.
  • Ability to engage AMD executives, product managers, sales teams, marketers, finance teams, engineering teams, and HPE stakeholders.
  • Organized, proactive, technically credible, and capable of driving alignment across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work with product management and engineering teams to understand AMD server products, platform requirements, and customer value propositions.
  • Track record of strong cross-functional leadership, attention to detail, partner management skills.
  • Ability to help turn AMD product strategy into successful customer engagements and platform wins.
  • Ability to serve as a key AMD interface for HPE-related activities, helping coordinate product, business, marketing, and execution priorities.
  • Ability to track NRE (Non-recurring engineering funds) and marketing spend, support reporting, monitor samples, and help drive partner programs from planning through execution.
  • Ability to help AMD win new HPE platforms by supporting customer presentations, product positioning, competitive analysis, and internal execution alignment.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with OEMs, hyperscalers, enterprise server customers, or technology partners highly preferred
  • Understanding of server product development, including platforms, systems, processors, software enablement, and solution-level positioning highly preferred
  • Ability to translate technical AMD product capabilities into clear customer-facing value propositions
  • Experience supporting sell-in motions, design-win campaigns, partner business reviews, or customer product planning discussions
  • Strong program management and tracking skills, including the ability to manage action items, deliverables, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Experience with marketing spend tracking, partner funding, market development funds, campaign reporting, or budget management
  • Demonstrated ability working across product management, sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, with successful experience presenting clearly to both technical and business audiences
  • Experience driving multiple parallel workstreams with close attention to detail
