The HR Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for planning and operating HR systems that balance diverse employee needs with corporate competitiveness, aiming to enhance corporate competitiveness. This role involves planning and managing compensation and benefits systems, leading change management and employee communication, and improving operational processes using new technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits design or payroll and social insurance practices in a global company, with strong strategic thinking, legal knowledge, data analysis skills (including using AI tools), and communication abilities.
