HR & Benefits Specialist role focusing on quality delivery of HR & Benefits processes for the Netherlands and Denmark, requiring strong data integrity, analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for the successful execution of one or more HR & Benefits process(es) in the Netherlands and in Denmark
  2. Manage service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(es)
  3. Drive increased productivity and compliance through identifying opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area (es)
  4. Advise on difficult and sometimes complex questions/requests from employees, People Leaders and the HR community concerning payments, allowances, and benefits in a professional, courteous & timely manner
  5. Effectively work with 3rd Party HR & Benefits Providers to ensure seamless, compliant, and high-quality HR & Benefit services

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Prior professional work experience within HR & Benefits
  • Service-oriented environment experience
  • Proficiency in HR and Benefits Administration systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize and analyze data
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Copilot, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
