HR Business Partner role focused on scaling the organization and supporting employees within a fast-paced tech environment. Responsibilities include talent strategy, employee relations, compensation, organizational design, and providing feedback to managers. Requires 6+ years of HR generalist experience and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Strategize with managers on talent from recruitment strategy and skill needs, to employee relations, rewards and recognition, and employee morale and satisfaction.
  2. Regularly track people data and identify trends and patterns on hiring, attrition, employee feedback, and compensation.
  3. Partner with compensation and benefits teams in administering and evaluating our rewards programs, and ensuring employees are educated and familiar with our offerings.
  4. Provide partnership in organizational design through re-orgs, management changes, leveling & titles, and data & reporting.
  5. Give critical and direct feedback to managers on areas of opportunity so they can continue to grow and lead at a high level.
